About the course

Overview:

This training programme is designed to help employers understand the company’s zero-tolerance policy on sexual harassment, identify unacceptable behaviours, and learn how to prevent, report, and address sexual harassment in the workplace. The training also covers third-party harassment and the steps the company should take to comply with its legal duties, including the new anticipatory duty.
